The Vashon works well for people with either long or short hair. It is very casual and comfortable to wear. The Vashon is similar to the surgeons hat in appearance, but much more feminine once you put it on. It has a small amount of elastic in the back to keep it on the head and in place without any ties. Hat can be made to fit someone with extra long hair - Just ask us how!!!
